YouthQuake is a program of Vinfen dedicated to supporting young adults ages 16–26. We’re here to challenge the stigma around mental health and uplift youth voices. Through peer mentoring, support groups, mental health services, and help navigating community resources, we make sure you never have to face things alone.
We provide low-barrier access to meet your needs. There is no referral or mental health diagnosis required, meaning you can walk right in and have immediate access.

Our Facilities
At YouthQuake, we understand that meeting basic needs is the foundation for moving forward. That’s why our center is fully equipped with laundry and shower facilities to help you feel refreshed and comfortable. We also offer access to a stocked food pantry and a clothing closet, ensuring you have the essentials you need. These services are available to all young people who visit our center—no questions, no judgment. Just real support, when and where you need it.
